1-Year Warranty - The Luxe Helmet

All of our motorcycle helmets are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper care.

What’s Covered:

• Structural defects (e.g., shell, straps, or liner issues not caused by impact)
  
• Defective hardware (e.g., visors, buckles, or vents)

What's Not Covered:

• Damage caused by accidents, drops, misuse, or improper storage
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, faded graphics, padding compression)
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs
• Damage due to improper cleaning agents or chemicals

How to Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.
